Privacy Policy

Account email, display name, city-level location, and the information you submit in forms (requests, applications, interest lists, Circle profiles, guardian-managed youth profiles).

We do not request or publish children's full names, exact birthdates, schools, photos, addresses or other personal information. Youth profiles use a nickname and an age band only, are visible only to the guardian who created them, and can be deleted at any time. Our systems block common patterns of addresses and identifying child details in community posts.

Requests and applications are visible only to you and FamVillage admins. Screening records are admin-only. Circle profiles are private unless you opt in to connections, and then visible only to other members. Exchange responses are visible only to the poster. One adult can never see another adult's private data by default.

Optional, non-medical and private to you. Community metrics show only aggregate averages once at least five check-ins exist.

You can delete your Circle profile, pulse history and youth profiles at any time from your dashboards, and contact us to delete your account.
